Where did your tokens go?
To use the usage dashboard you have to install the Prompt me! app for your PC. It reads your Claude Code sessions straight off your disk — something a web page is not allowed to do.

What it does when you open it
Finds every project in .claude\projects
No folder to pick and nothing to paste: it scans on launch and lists your projects so you can switch between them.
- Your sessions stay on your machine. The app reads them locally; your code, paths and command output are never uploaded.
- Analyse sends totals only. Plus your own prompts, because those are what is being reviewed.
- Windows will warn you. The build is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen shows “unknown publisher”. Choose More info → Run anyway.
